Excellent and friendly service by Alisha. Great location, budget friendly rooms, very sound proof even though it was right by the main street. Shower gels and shampoos were sachets though. No toothbrush and toothpaste provided.
We had a very good stay. We even got upgraded to a bigger room, so we had a sofa too, which was nice after a day of walking through the city. The stadf was very attentive and nice. The location is perfect, at night it's quite quiet so we've had restful sleeps (also, the bed was very comfortable!). And you're within a short distance of Paddington station from where you can catch several trains & buses as well as the underground. We would totally stay here again, when coming back. A special thank you goes out to the staff, once again!!

I had a wonderful stay at the NOX Paddington hotel. It was newly renovated. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is just perfect. It’s very close to Paddington station which made our travelling very easy. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for an enjoyable and comfortable stay!
I’ve just checked in to Nox Hotels Paddington and I’m genuinely impressed. The room is very clean, modern, and nicely decorated. I booked a single room but the bed feels closer to a small double or half-queen size, which was a really nice surprise. The en suite is spotless and, for a London hotel, surprisingly spacious. Check-in was easy even at 11pm, with a friendly and welcoming front desk. The hotel seems nice and quiet so far. The bed is comfy, the pillows are comfy, and everything feels well thought out. There’s also a little espresso/coffee machine with tea and coffee provided, which is a great touch. On top of that, there’s a large Freeview TV with loads of channels, all working properly, and the free Wi-Fi is very fast. It’s only a five minute walk from Paddington Station and very easy to find, which makes it ideal if you’re arriving late or travelling early. For £49 per night in central London, this is insane value. I’d absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it.
We had a great time in London. One reason is this Hotel, because its very good located near to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. The Room wäre perfectly clean with a very comfortable shower, a cozy bed and a big TV. The good working air-condition saved our sleep because we had hot nichts during our stay. The staff was very kind and I really appreciated that the receptionist brought our luggage to the 4th floor(thank you Ajay[not sure about his name...]) The only disadvantages are the missing elevator and the missing breakfast service but that's because of the charming old (but renewed) Building in a nice district of London. And for breakfast, there are many small and charming bakeries and restaurants nearby. If we ever come back to London, we will book this Hotel again.
The location was perfect, and all the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. The room was exceptionally clean, and there were numerous complimentary services that made our stay even more comfortable. Considering the price, location, services, and cleanliness, I would say it’s excellent value for money. I would definitely return. Highly recommended!
